Donal J. O'Connell B.C.L.
Donal was awarded an Honours B.C.L. Degree at UCD in 1972. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1974 when he joined the firm of Farrell & Farrell prior to the founding of Nolan Farrell & Goff, in 1975. He became a Partner in l978 and practises in most areas of law with emphasis on civil litigation, (including medical negligence claims), employment and family law as well as private and commercial conveyancing. He is a past President of Waterford Law Society, a Notary Public and can transact business in Irish and Spanish.

 
Myles O'Connor B.C.L.
Myles qualified as a Solicitor in 1978 having obtained a BCL Degree from University College, Dublin. He joined the firm the same year and became a Partner in 1991. He deals mainly in the area of commercial property, residential property, tax and probate. He has been involved in some of the major property transactions in the South East over recent years, and has extensive commercial experience. He has dealt with high value company sales, and regularly advises high net-worth individuals on tax and estate planning.
 
Gerard O'Herlihy B.C.L. LL.B
Gerard studied at University College Cork where he obtained a First Class Honours Degree. Thereafter he was awarded a post-graduate scholarship and obtained his LLB Degree in 1981, specialising in European and Irish Competition Law. Gerard joined the firm in 1984 and became a Partner in 1991. He has wide ranging experience in all areas of litigation including personal injury, commercial, planning, environmental, child-care, and family law.
 
John P. Goff B.C.L. LL.M.
John obtained an honours degree in law from University College Dublin in 1986, and a Masters Degree in Commercial Law, specialising in employment, insurance, and insolvency law from The University of Bristol in 1989. He has extensive experience in dealing with company and commercial agreements, commercial and private client litigation and arbitration, employment law, commercial and residential conveyancing. He became a Partner in 2000.
 
Graham R. Farrell B.B.S. M.A.
Graham qualified as Solicitor in l996 having obtained a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters Degree from Trinity College Dublin. He was apprenticed in the firm of Matheson Ormsby Prentice in Dublin. He joined our firm in 1995 and became a Partner in 2004. He mainly deals in litigation (including District Court work and employment matters) and residential and commercial conveyancing for developers and individuals. He also acts for Public Bodies in the South Eastern region.
 

The firm currently enjoys the services of two Senior Consultants - John P.C. Goff (1957) and Iain R. Farrell (1961). Jo (Johanna) Geary B.C.L.
